- Dark circles and issues along the jaw could indicate hormonal imbalances.

Women often eat a lower carb diet, and actually many of the foods you might avoid, such as sweet potatoes, parsnips, squashes, rice and so are are all very nourishing for your spleen - which in chinese medicine is responsible for keeping muscles tight.
