more than an acupuncture clinic

 I am a dedicated, results-focused acupuncturist and integrative therapist, with over 20 years experience. I would also call myself a very curious practitioner who loves learning. 

 I love variety - so I focus on three key areas, all of which have complexities and specialisms within them.

I focus on advanced facial acupuncture for toxin free rejuvenation - it really does treat the whole being, too.

Pain - because I have been there and with my active lifestyle I understand just how important it is for you to keep going! So from helping niggles and aches to sports injuries - there are acupuncture points for everything.

And womens' health because as a woman who has navigated her own menstrual and hormonal issues - I get it, I understand and I have studied extensively so I can aid you in feeling like yourself again. 

My background is in remedial massage, sports therapy, personal training, tutoring and emotional wellness. I draw upon years of experience using a variety of modalities - I am very much an east meets west - or ancient meets modern kind of practitioner. Acupuncture always wins, hands down, at how well it can help and so I now focus mainly on acupuncture in clinic. 

I draw upon many acupuncture techniques, including Tung-style lineage (less needles!) battlefield acupuncture (using the ears for rapid pain reduction) dry needling (for muscular tension) and modern acupuncture  (for everything!) with an aim to having you feeling like yourself again as soon as possible and will blend with supportive treatments based on what you may need - with bespoke aftercare advise, the goal is that you don't need me forever!

 My goal is always the same: real, lasting results.
