"The eyes are portals for the radiance of spirit and the face reveals the flowering of the heart"
This is exactly why facial acupuncture is so holistic - all of your being is treated - not just the face.
What many people don’t realise is that cosmetic and facial acupuncture always starts with overall wellbeing, because what’s happening inside the body shows on the outside.
Your general health is a huge part of your treatment journey. Every session is bespoke, using carefully chosen points on the face and body to enhance skin quality, soften lines, brighten the complexion and even out skin tone — while also supporting digestion, sleep, energy, immunity and more, based on your specific constitution.
I’ve trained extensively across the UK and use advanced techniques for cosmetic rejuvenation, always working with the body rather than against it.
The result? Softer lines, brighter, calmer skin and a more relaxed, radiant you - without freezing expression or interrupting natural facial signalling
It isnt' just the face that I am treating, but rather a human being with various degrees of inner complexity, requiring differential treatments plans.
That’s why my treatments don’t just work on the surface but address the root causes of skin concerns, guided by your health, constitution and what shows on your face.
For example:
Many women eat a lower-carbohydrate diet and avoid foods such as sweet potatoes, squash, parsnips and rice. In Chinese medicine, these foods are actually deeply nourishing for the spleen, which plays a key role in keeping muscles firm and lifted — including the muscles of the face.
My approach blends ancient wisdom with modern science to enhance skin quality, release tight or overworked areas, and support healthy circulation and movement of the face — so you look brighter, more lifted and more like yourself.
Just as you would with acupuncture for hormonal health, pain, energy and so on, regular treatments are essential for lasting change.
For best results, I usually recommend weekly sessions for the first six treatments, followed by monthly maintenance. I also strongly recommend working through a course, which includes my holistic microneedling treatment, to support deeper skin regeneration and longer-term results.

Facial movement plays an important role in how we feel, express emotion, and relate to others. Our facial muscles, nerves, connective tissue and underlying bone are in constant communication — a feedback system that supports expression, structure and vitality over time.
Injectables such as Botox are not the enemy. When used strategically and sparingly (rather than consistently) they can be helpful for certain individuals and concerns. However, it’s important to understand that reducing muscle movement also reduces natural signalling between the muscles, nerves and deeper facial structures.
Facial cosmetic acupuncture works in a very different way. Rather than immobilising muscle, it supports circulation, neuromuscular activity, collagen production and tissue health, which helps the face maintain movement, tone and integrity. There is no interruption to expression or feedback, and no long-term trade-off to facial signalling.
For some clients, facial acupuncture is used alongside injectables. For others, it becomes a stand-alone, long-term approach to ageing that prioritises structure, expression and overall wellbeing.
My role is not to tell you what you should do, but to help you make informed choices that align with your body, your values and how you want to age.

My signature 'Acu-Facial'
For deep rejuvenation and internal balance.
This 75-minute treatment offers the full works - designed to work from the inside out, leaving your skin radiant and your body in harmony.
A slightly shorter (60 minute) session designed to offer an entry point into the wonderful world of facial acupuncture, or, offer a one/two area focussed treatment.
Note: This treatment does not include facial massage, gua sha, facial cupping or Celluma LED light therapy but this can be added on, if you wish
Holistic Microneedling with Acupuncture Support
Blending advanced skin regeneration with subtle energetic balance for radiant, grounded results.
This powerful yet mindful session combines:
LED light therapy is not included immediately after microneedling, the latest 2025 research suggests delaying it helps preserve the skin’s natural regenerative response by allowing the body’s healing cascade to work its magic first.
If you’re craving the added benefits of LED, my Facial Acupuncture sessions are the perfect complement—offering full-spectrum, toxin-free rejuvenation that supports both skin and nervous system.
As part of a course, I typically recommend a facial acupuncture session around one week post-microneedling—the perfect time to reintroduce LED and maximise your results.
Microneedling works on the outer surface whilst facial cosmetic acupuncture works on the deeper levels and muscles.
A relaxing double cleanse, gentle dermaplaning, and award-winning Celluma LED light therapy to stimulate collagen and elastin for lasting skin rejuvenation.
• Dermaplaning reveals instant radiance by smoothing texture and removing dead skin and peach fuzz
• Celluma LED accelerates cellular repair, reduces inflammation, and boosts glow from within
• Finished with Medik8 skincare — Hydr8 B5, C-Tetra Vitamin C, and SPF — to deeply hydrate and seal in that post-treatment luminosity
